Fifteen classes for new real estate agents, built inside a working Metro Detroit brokerage from its own call logs, closings and mistakes. A mission before every class. Scripts you practice out loud and record. Class 1 is free, and it starts with your number.
No card for Class 1. Classes 1 to 5 are open now, a new class lands every Tuesday and Thursday through January.
Every class runs the same way, because the way is the point. You walk in with a mission done, you leave with a plan for the week, and the plan is mostly dials.
Real work with a deadline: twenty five people into your CRM, ten homes previewed, your nos counted. Checked by name.
Ninety minutes. Numbers out loud, the teaching, then you dial in the room. Scripts first read, then practiced, then from memory.
150 dials by noon, 10 new people in your database, 5 handwritten notes, 2 homes previewed. Every working day.
The next class opens with your numbers, said out loud. The agent with the most nos did the most work, and the room knows it.
In the order a new agent needs them: the habit first, then the house, then the head, then where business comes from, then the seller side, then one buyer deal from consult to closing.
Each class ships with its boards and a printed worksheet. The figures come from one brokerage's actual books: what a closing pays after the cap, what a no is worth, which pipe under the sink fails.

"A no is not a loss. It is a paid step. At 1,500 dials per closing and $3,500 net, the voicemail you just left paid $2.33 and the person who said not interested after ninety seconds paid $73."
Class 4, Mindset. Office data, September 1 to October 19, 2026.Run the program yourself at any brokerage with any CRM. Or run it with the people who built it, live, in Troy, Michigan.
The same fifteen classes, taught live on Tuesdays and Thursdays by the people who wrote them.
Top Agent Realty is a brokerage in Troy, Michigan with a database of 52,000 people and 1,641 closed clients. The program was built there in the fall of 2026 by Jay Patel, who runs the office's lead systems, dial tracker and new agent onboarding, with the broker, Charles Tamou, teaching the house and the seller classes from his own projects.
It exists because the office looked at its own numbers and did not like them: 944 expired listings pulled over a summer, two calls made. The classes are the fix, written down.
Nothing in it is theory borrowed from a national trainer. The conversation rates are from the office dialer. The money is a real team plan. The house lessons are Metro Detroit's actual housing stock, wave by wave. The rules of the road cite the statute.
If you are at another brokerage, you can run all of it. If you are choosing a brokerage, you can run it with us.
Yes. You create a login, set a password, and Class 1 is open: eight lessons, the knowledge check, the practice steps and the worksheet. No card. Classes 2 to 15 unlock when you enroll.
The method does: the Daily 4, the database, speed to lead, expireds, the mindset class. Class 3 teaches Metro Detroit housing stock and Michigan disclosure law as the worked example. The rules of the road are federal, with the Michigan additions marked.
No. The lessons say "your CRM" and "your dialer" and teach the stages, tags and lists any of them can hold. The office that built it uses Follow Up Boss and Mojo, and the Join Us path comes with those set up on day one.
Fifteen classes at two a week is seven and a half weeks. The program is ninety days because the dials you make in week one close in week ten to thirteen. That lag is the subject of Class 4.
You get the full course on day one, you take the classes live with the cohort, you get a mentor for your first three closings, and company leads are released as you pass the gates. Fill in the join form and we call you the same day.
